About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for business & benefits analysis for a number of benefits initiatives run across the organisation, based on non-technology enablement in the areas of contract management, centralisation, and governance. The key focus of these benefits is around process improvements, removing inefficiencies, increasing standardisation and flexibility. The BA will run detailed business analysis workshops and help the business to analyse and define the current state and future state, to ensure that the target business benefits associated with the program align with the overall strategic agenda of the organisation, and ensure that the benefits can be realised.
Requirements
- 4 + years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- End-to-end business analysis experience on at least 2 large programs
- Experience in benefits documentation and analysis models is essential
- Proven experience working on large business transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience as a business focused Business Analyst
- Experience mapping current state and future state for business initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
Terms
- 6 month initial contract with potential to extend for another 6 months
- Paying up to $752 per day inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience)
- Sydney CBD office location with flexible hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office/as needed)
- Occasional interstate travel may be required on an as-needed basis
- Full/unrestricted Australian working rights required (our client is not able to sponsor)
