Based in Wollongong and Sydney (with a small team looking to expand) this role allows for a flexible mix of office, work from home and on site work.
We are currently seeking individuals who are motivated and committed to the world of IT, who demonstrate drive and passion for the industry - and have a genuine interest in providing IT solutions to businesses.
We support over 100 customers, with our largest customer having over 1800 staff and our smallest single operators, across a huge selection of industries.

- Passionate about customer service
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Azure / Entra
- Fascinated with the internet, networking and communication methods
- A team player
- Resilient and the ability to manage and work independently.
- Previous work in the IT Field
- NSW Drivers License
Role Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers regarding their requests
- Respond to emails and ticket requests
- Effectively manage technical projects end to end.
- Creation of user accounts, application maintenance and software installation
- Field/work management
- Determine and understand client business requirements
- Creation of technical documentation
- Maintain server, network and cloud environments
- M365 Management
- Network & Security Management
- Provide first and second level support
- Support different operating systems
- Configure a desktop environment
- help and support with front line inflow enquiries from customers.
