Perpetual Private wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private - Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life - offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. As a Business Improvement Analyst within Perpetual Private the role is focused on supporting and undertaking Business Improvement initiatives in order to improve client experience and achieve operational excellence.

About the role

  • Apply process improvement methodology to identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve practices and outcomes

  • Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts, identify pain points and recommend solutions together with defining implementation approaches

  • Gather and analyse data as required to form insights

  • Support the implementation of process changes

  • Document processes following the process change

  • Train staff on process documentation, process management and systems

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience

  • Certificate qualification in project/process improvement methodology preferable (e.g. PMP/PRINCE/Lean/Six Sigma)

  • Minimum of 2 years' financial services experience

  • Investment or financial services experience/knowledge

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Business Improvement, project management and/or business analysis

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
