As a Business Improvement Analyst within Perpetual Private the role is focused on supporting and undertaking Business Improvement initiatives in order to improve client experience and achieve operational excellence.
About the role
Apply process improvement methodology to identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve practices and outcomes
Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts, identify pain points and recommend solutions together with defining implementation approaches
Gather and analyse data as required to form insights
Support the implementation of process changes
Document processes following the process change
Train staff on process documentation, process management and systems
About you
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
Certificate qualification in project/process improvement methodology preferable (e.g. PMP/PRINCE/Lean/Six Sigma)
Minimum of 2 years' financial services experience
Investment or financial services experience/knowledge
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Business Improvement, project management and/or business analysis
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
