As a Senior/Project Manager (HRIS/ERP), you will play an instrumental role in delivering intricate end-to-end projects within an exciting business. You will be responsible for managing both internal and external project resources as well as external service providers ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, on scope, and on budget. Your role will also involve producing high-quality project documentation for various stakeholders up to the executive level. Additionally, you will manage project budgets and schedules while ensuring the protection of university data and systems by adhering to published policies.
- Lead the triumphant end-to-end delivery of all aspects of a major upgrade of moving a HR system to on cloud in line with organisational methodologies and controls.
- Develop resource plans in collaboration with both the Manager, Digital Programs and Projects and the Manager People & Culture.
- Manage both internal and external project resources as well as external service providers in the successful delivery of a project that are on time, on scope and on budget.
- Responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality project documentation to a range of key stakeholders through to the executive level.
- Accountable for the management of project budgets and project schedules including preparation of financial status reports for management, committees and University executive.
- Responsible for the protection of university data and systems through adherence to published policy.
The ideal candidate for the Senior/Project Manager (HRIS) role will bring a wealth of experience in project management, particularly in HRIS projects. We are open to discussing with people that have experience in ERP's as well, however HRIS experience is preferred. Your detailed knowledge of HRIS systems, including software platforms commonly used in HR such as Ascender pay, SAP, Oracle HCM etc., will be crucial to your success in this role. With at least 5 years of increasing responsibility in the information technology sector. If you have exposure leading a team then that would be amazing.
While we appreciate that Perth, WA is an attractive place to come and live, sponsorship is not being offered for this position. Similarly, if you are from another State within Australia, this position is a Hybrid position, meaning you will need to be on-site 3 days a week with 2 of them being WFH. This position is not an Remote opportunity.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline with extensive relevant experience or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
- Extensive experience in successfully leading delivery of HRIS projects from inception to completion.
- Detailed knowledge of HRIS systems, including software platforms commonly used in HR such as Ascender pay, SAP, Oracle HCM etc.
- Demonstrated extensive experience managing large and complex HR projects incorporating project and change management principles.
