Having a rich history locally and internationally, our client is seeking an expert in market trends and complex transactions to join their team as a Business Improvement Analyst.
The Position
As a Business Improvement Analyst you are responsible for maintaining, implementing and improving investment processes and client support strategies while ensuring collaboration between teams and departments.
Your responsibilities will also include, but not limited to:
- Implementation and management of service standards provided by the investment team
- Assist in loan settlement processes, providing relevant documentation and feedback directly to company directors
- Assist in the implementation of training and development cycles both in-house and off-site
- Client attendee management for company events
- Preparation of forecast and cashflow documentation outlining company KPI’s and ROI and the associated market trends
