Job Summary:
This is a highly analytical role that is designed to deliver significant value to the operations strategy by providing data driven insights that enable business critical decisions.
Reporting to the Global Head of Operations and supporting the broader Operations team, this role will develop, analyse, and model complex data to help drive efficiencies across our entire network.
This role combines technical data skills, a sound understanding of supply chain operations inclusive of cost and activity drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and participate in analysis, Interpret trends and patterns and conduct data analysis and reporting solutions for multiple operational areas.
- Model building and interpretation, incl. collating requirements, data analysis, procuring data, design, model, build, analyse, test, and deploy BI and or Netsuite assets/solutions.
- Develop, automate, and produce customised and interactive reports, dashboards and visualisations using multiple data sources, to provide relevant information and insights to assist business decision-making,
- Collaborate and partner with team members and stakeholders to understand their needs, to refine and translate business requirements into enterprise.
- Prepare ad hoc BI / Netsuite reporting requirements to enhancements and new reporting/solution requests.
- Assist in increasing analytical capability and self-service in the operations team ensuring a shared understanding of tools and technologies and how these may be leveraged to support the team and business goals.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation between data sources where applicable.
- Ensure data analytics activities uphold standards around data security and integrity and ensure design and development standards are current and followed.

Must have
- 4+ years of work experience in business operations and analytics environment
- Intermediate to advance skills leveraging Power Bi
- Demonstrated capability and experience in detailed and complex data analysis to drive key insights in the Supply Chain Operations space.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Operations management processes such as: Network Logistics, Transportation and Supply Chain.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills to explain findings in commercial terms.
- A dynamic performer with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Ability to navigate Dynamic and fast paced environments.
- A team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is highly regarded
- Experience with NetSuite Analytics tools or equivalents applications
- Project Management skills
