AddressOur client is a high-end Sydney CBD-based boutique Commercial/business law firm that attracts work that you would experience in mid-tier to top-tier firms. They have a position available for a motivated junior lawyer with 5-10 years PAE who want to have true autonomy and be versatile across a variety of areas of law.
Nature of the role and What the Position can offer you day-to-day:
- General commercial law, Employment law, property law, general commercial matters, family law matters, insolvency, drafting commercial contracts, loans, contractor agreements, employment agreements, commercial agreements, IP Law, Succession planning, and shareholder agreements.
- Salary range of $130K - $170K ex super
- The firm prioritises training and mentoring and holds just over 6 hours of specialised internal training per week.
- If you want autonomy and the opportunity to manage your practice independently this firm would be a great fit for you.
- Be stimulated and gain exposure and expertise across a variety of areas of law with high-net-worth clients and medium to large-scale businesses.
- Reasonable work-life balance and realistic KPIs/Targets.
- Excellent technology and systems
- Have the opportunity to freely travel to the firm's Adelaide office (optional)

- The firm has been well established for over 20 years and is highly respected. It attracts a clientele of high net worth medium to large scale businesses and wealthy families who come to this firm for all varieties of legal expertise and advice.
- It employs just over 25 staff and they have Sydney CBD and Adelaide offices.
