About the roleWe have a 12 month opportunity for a
Business Management & Performance Advisor to join our Business Performance & Support team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of finance functions, providing financial management, administrative and business services. We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills who will contribute to a constructive, high-performance culture. Based in our Leederville office, this role is reporting to the Team Lead –
Business Management & Performance.What the role will involve
- Organise and oversee the collection and allocation of monies from developers in accordance with established financial management practices
- Make payments to developers and suppliers in accordance with our corporate policies and processes
- Reconciliation of financial transactions, implementing controls, undertaking analysis, providing reporting to management
- Assist in the preparation of revenue and expenditure forecasts and budgeting using financial models
- Report on monthly variances and draft related management reports within target times
- Assist with the review and annual upload and update of miscellaneous fees and charges
Key skills and experienceYou’ll have considerable experience in providing financial and
Business Management support in similar role, along with demonstrated knowledge of financial tools and systems (SAP, Grange, PowerBI, Excel). Knowledge of the land development industry will be highly desirable.
