Job Description:The Business Manager will be pivotal in our organization, driving our business's operational and strategic facets. This individual will oversee the day-to-day business operations, ensure the financial health of our service agreements, optimise operational processes, and work with the Leadership Team to achieve the company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the business's operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Monitor company and team goals for performance and growth and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors and work closely with our Service Delivery, Sales, Finance and Management teams to ensure operational cohesiveness.
- Serve as the essential link between the CEO and the rest of the organization, ensuring the company's strategic direction is communicated and implemented across all levels.
- Drive the accountability and execution of the company's vision and goals by managing issues, tracking organizational scorecards, and ensuring the leadership team is cohesive and effective.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management role, with a strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in a similar role within a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial.
