Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and evaluate current systems and structures, identify improvements and implement.
Achieve ‘buy in’ and train current systems with staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation.
Utilise project management methodologies and manage compliance of other staff to follow project management tasks pertaining to business improvements initiatives.
Assist with the implementation of approved projects, providing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and draft documentation.
Provide presentation to management and clients about the core business and the improvements or technologies used in core business activities.
Managing client expectations and concerns around new initiatives and tech.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT or commerce or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in private sector roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Organisational and communication skills.
- Initiative-driven with a collaborative mindset.
