The purpose of the role is to provide provision and delivery of security services to customers within a portfolio of clients and provide customer service of the highest quality, which satisfies all existing and future customer needs. This aim needs to be achieved whilst growing revenue and managing operational effectiveness. About the role

The position is primarily responsible for service delivery and client management of our Aviation business in NSW. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Overall management of the delivery of services to our Aviation sector customers.

• Ensure compliance with CISC and related legislation.

• Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing customers and assisting with identifying new customer leads.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders.

Skills & experience

• Prior aviation and/or security industry experience

• Extensive experience managing large numbers of people

• Business development experience

• Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry
   Awards/Agreements

• Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender
   submissions
