About the opportunity

Based at our Canberra site, the Site Manager is a business focused leadership role which manages a team of Employment Consultants, Recruiters and Business Coordinators in providing a professional and sustainable service to both participants and employers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing effective leadership aligned to EPlus values, mission and operational plans
- Ensuring that all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level
- Driving team performance and productivity, ensuring your site consistently delivers commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants
- Establish and maintain a network of key internal and external stakeholders
About you
- Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management
- Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment
- A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
