Business Manager

Your new role
Randstad is representing a well known State government organisation to recruit a Business Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Implant the organisations Data Governance Framework
• Data analytics and data insights to inform business plans
• Build reporting capabilities and improve business procedures
• Lead a small team
• Report to the Director and the internal governance committees on the progress of the organisations Data Governance Framework through internal reporting and briefings
• Implement the data quality management process in the project management system
• Coordinate relationships with project stakeholders to manage change, risk management and resolve issues impacting successful delivery
• Undertake research and environmental scanning to identify trends
• Proactively identify areas in the business for analysis, develop recommendations and present recommendations to executives

Skills Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
• CA/CPA qualification
• Stakeholder management experience and ability to lead an effective team to deliver against objectives
• Strong analytical and conceptual ability with experience in developing recommendations to enhance business decisions

• Well-developed interpersonal and engagement skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Must have strong Power BI/ reporting skills
