Paddock to Plate + Allied Health Administration Role

The Food Farm & Holistic Health Speech Pathology are on the hunt for a superstar to join our team in this newly created administration role, working across both businesses.
We are passionate about creating genuine connection through ethical food and holistic healthcare.
The Food Farm sells grass fed & organic meat grown and butchered on our farm via home delivery and at weekly farmers markets, as well as bring people on farm to connect with where their food comes from.
Holistic Health Speech Pathology provides communication and swallowing support to participants living on the Central Coast via home visits from 2 speech pathologists. There is a remote practice manager who will be able to provide assistance and ongoing mentoring to the successful candidate.
This is a flexible role that will see you working approximately 50% on-site in Wyong Creek and 50% from home. School hours can be considered. Please note, it is preferable that you are available 1 weekend per month to assist with the farmers markets in return for weekday RDOs.
This is a brand-new role, so the successful applicant must be motivated to and have experience in creating systems and procedures from scratch.
Your Role
- Provide warm and efficient administrative support to ensure efficient operation of both businesses.
- Answer and triage phone calls, emails, social media enquiries and other correspondence
- Manage the diaries of the directors
- Assistant to payroll tasks
- Courier/freight management and coordination
- Management of wholesale and retail orders
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Prepare written systems.
- Creation of newsletters, social media posts and marketing emails
- Deliver wholesale orders where required.
- Assist on farm and within the butchery where required.
- Assist in the preparation of therapy resources.
- Assist with the preparation of events and team lunches
- Provide all aspects of NDIS health administration and invoicing.
- Proofread reports.
About you
- You have a solution based, proactive and positive mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and follow up in a timely manner without direction.
- Able to work both independently and co-operatively with a wide variety of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate to advanced)
- Proficiency in CANVA and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a wide audience.
- Confident and compassionate telephone manner with clear effective communication skills
- 3 or more years’ experience in one or more of the following: Health administration, business management, bookkeeping, marketing or similar role.
- You have a full driver’s licence with access to a reliable car.
Remuneration
$80,000 + superannuation + meat allowance + 4 weeks paid leave
