The job
This position is working within our Disability Employment Services (DES) team. You will be managing and supporting a team of 5 Employment Consultants across our Taree and Tuncurry offices.
You will be building and inspiring a unique team of people to deliver a high level of service. You will lead from the front, engaging with participants and delivering continual staff training and mentoring, supporting them to hit their KPIs.
Your business mindset is essential in reading and interpreting data, forming local networks and planning for future success. Your resilience and problem-solving skills will support you in solving issues as they arise.
- Responsible for the performance, delivery and service of 2 separate sites
- Empower and motivate a team of 5 staff to meet individual and team KPI’s
- Drive the performance of the office to ensure successful long term employment outcomes for our clients
- Manage the delivery all coaching, training & mentoring to ensure the success and performance of your team
- Build strong relationship with employers, industry associations and community organisations to build strong stakeholder relationships
Qualifications & Requirements
You may have experience in Employment or Careers Services. Or any other service driven industry. What’s important, is that you have experience leading a team, mentoring, motivating and driving business.
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check and able to pass a Working with Children Check
