Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA InsuranceFull-time permanent position based in Mile End with WFH flexibilityLead a high performing team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture This tightly held opportunity will see you lead a team of Pricing Analysts managing the pricing of our Insurance portfolio, identifying trends and rating opportunities, and implementing targeted price changes to achieve our growth and profitability objectives. As a Pricing and Analysis Manager, you will also: Provide clear and effective leadership to your team.Identify and implement rating opportunities for continuous improvement across the portfolio.Manage the team's performance through setting clear goals with agreed deliverables and timeframes.Ensure ongoing market research and competitor analysis to determine optimal pricing position.Manage the preparation of relevant pricing content for the Board report.Plus much more ! To be successful in this role, you should: Demonstrate experience leading and managing teams.Hold qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline, with formal Actuarial qualifications desirable.Demonstrate knowledge of insurance or related financial products, pricing systems and procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders, both internal and external.Possess advanced skills in at least one statistical programming language such as R, SPSS, SAS or equivalent.Demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with various stakeholders.Think innovatively and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
