About the Opportunity:
Australian Motors has a rare opportunity for a Business Manager – Finance & Insurance at our Australian Motors Mitsubishi Dealership located in southern Adelaide.
As the Business Manager – Finance and Insurance, you will hold a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience at our Dealership. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our valued sales team and customers to provide expert financial guidance and tailored insurance solutions for their automotive purchases. Your expertise will ensure that every customer's journey with us is both seamless and financially sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and expectations, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Offer tailored financial and insurance solutions, guiding customers through the process with clarity and expertise.
- Capitalise on every opportunity to quote and demonstrate our range of finance and insurance products.
- Prepare financial and insurance documents and ensure all compliance policies are adhered to.
- Be an integral part of our sales process by getting involved from the very beginning of the customers research journey.

About you:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager - Finance & Insurance in the Automotive industry or within the banking and finance sector will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong customer service ethos with the ability to actively listen, understand and engage customers.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with sound attention to detail .
