The role Reporting to the Manager, Business Services. Your role will include Leading and coordinating business services across a diverse range of corporate services functions, by providing strategic and contemporary advice on a range of business management matters.
The successful personYou will have:
* Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience in the interpretation and application of contemporary financial management, human resource and procurement legislation, policies and frameworks.
* Demonstrated high level expertise in the use of information technology, human resource and financial systems, together with experience in the research, review, interpretation and analysis of information to formulate recommendations and reports to management.
* Demonstrated high level experience with continuous improvement programs and initiatives and demonstrated ability to work within and contribute significantly towards successful teams.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and indirectly supervise a business team, and manage staff in line with quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
* Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with relevant legislation, policies and standards, with the ability to interpret, advise and apply the requirements of relevant legislation, policies and standards relating to
* Financial Management in the public sector.
* Preferably have undertaken higher education in the areas of accounting, human resource or business administration.
