About the role
As the Business Operations Coordinator, you will undertake a wide range of analytical, administrative, organisational, and advisory duties that support and enhance the operations of Parks Victoria's Commercial Directorate. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services across the Directorate.
You will be responsible for leading and contributing to the review, development and implementation of guidelines, standards, plans, processes, and tools to support the wider Directorate in achieving its goals.
We're looking for someone with:
Tertiary qualification in business or similar field is preferable
Demonstrated high level experience in analytical problem solving and decision making
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service ethos
A can-do attitude, a flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn
Experience and knowledge of administrative and basic accounting procedures
Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
