In the newly created role of Business Operations Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team, helping to drive the success of our business by ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What will I be doing day to day?
We are a close-knit team; you will be directly supporting the Head of Holocentric Federal Government to ensure that our business runs smoothly.
In a bit more detail, you will:
- Keep our finances running smoothly, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, timesheet management, quote generation, invoicing and helping to ensure we stay on top of our financial forecasts and results.
- Maintain registers for proposals, current engagement and coordinate paperwork including contracts, purchase orders and agreements.
- General office administrative support including management of office stock levels including kitchen essentials, stationary, etc.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders of the business including energy providers, landlord, cleaners, vendors, and industry partners.
- Meet and greet visitors to the office including ad hoc recruitment support.
- Bring the fun – you’ll oversee the coordination of staff events, functions, and initiatives!

The Head of Holocentric Federal Government.
What do I need to be eligible to apply?
We are looking for a confident, emotionally intelligent, driven individual who has a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment. We seek someone with exceptional organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and who measures their performance by the value of their contribution.
Your experience:
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and bring with you high energy and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Competencies required include:
- Proven knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping, data, and administrative processes.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures including data entry, and invoicing.
- A familiarity with office software, such as Word, Excel, Teams, project management tools, time sheeting and Outlook.
- Experience in a software or consulting firm is preferable.
