The Role:
As a standalone role, you will own the people and culture function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering and coaching with managers and employees;
- Employee relations, case management;
- Conducting engagement surveys and providing feedback;
- Suggesting and developing process improvements;
- Managing talent acquisition through supplier relationships;
- Encouraging a safety culture; and
- Ensuring processes are compliant with relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required;
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail;
- Demonstrated experience with current legislation; and
- Approachable mindset with the ability to proactively prioritise.
