Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of the business and services offered by BHN, to position yourself as an informed business partner.
- Lead the gathering and analysis of data to understand systems within the business for process improvement.
- Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements. Engage stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements.
- Ensuring optimised processes are built into new operating models.
- Develop business modelling to review and design future state viable service delivery models for BHN
- Provide data analytics support to identify revenue leakage points, duplication and misdirection of effort leading to excessive costs and improvement opportunities in the client journey.
- Strong commercial acumen, operational modelling and data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or points requiring further analysis.
- Experience in business process analysis focusing on process architecture, process framework development, capability modelling and process modelling.
- Experience using process mapping, project management and visualisation tools such as Visio, or similar tool/s (desirable).
- Advance skills in the use of MS Excel is essential e.g. use of pivot tables, advanced formulas, along with the ability to extract, transform, manipulate, and present data analysis, trends and insights
- Tertiary qualification in Business or equivalent
- Project Management certification highly desirable
