This organization is at the forefront of a transformative initiative, consolidating its businesses onto SAP S/4HANA-based ERP solution. We are seeking an experienced Change & Communications professional to join them as a Business Readiness Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
As the SAP Business Readiness Manager, you will:
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and assess Key stakeholders.
- Understand and address stakeholder concerns and expectations.
- Undertake comprehensive change impact analyses.
- Develop and execute change management plans for the SAP ERP Program.
- Create change management approaches and tools to support desired outcomes.
- Develop and execute change management and communications plans for the ERP Program.
- Plan, track, and manage change management activities, identifying and securing appropriate resources for performing whether as part of a larger change team and/or network across the business.
- Undertake Business Readiness assessments.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance, preparing mitigation tactics.
- Coordinate and deliver change management activities to ensure impacted parties are informed, prepared, equipped, and supported in the change process.
- Provide input and work alongside Training resources to support end users.
- Identify and manage risks associated with implementing the change for the ERP Program.
- Develop post-implementation reinforcement plans to increase the level of adoption.
- Monitor adoption of the change and conduct investigations into unsatisfactory outcomes.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to meet project, program, and Executive requirements.
- Develop content for various publications and meetings, including In The Pipeline, Town Hall meetings, and Senior Management Team meetings on behalf of Technology Services.
- Adopt and adhere to standards for all Technology Services communications.
- Maintain connection to other projects or initiatives delivering change to key stakeholder groups to ensure suitable alignment and coordination.
- Formal qualifications or certification in a recognized change management methodology.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in people change management in a project environment.
- Extensive experience in a dedicated change management role with a demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience as a change manager on major technology programs, with experience preparing a business move to SAP S/4HANA, preferably IS-U, across Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Sales, and Billing.
- Demonstrated experience in core change activities, including change impact analysis and providing change and communication guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Proven experience developing strategic change and communications strategies and delivering change outcomes across medium to large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Superior motivational, persuasive, influencing, and negotiation skills at all levels of the organization in order to partner with key stakeholders on the change journey.
- Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with Project/Program Manager and other key stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
- Ability to work in teams and speak to technical and non-technical personnel.
