Key Responsibilities:
– Identify & assess project stakeholders and understand & address their concerns / expectations.
– Undertake comprehensive change impact analyses to determine the impact of change on each stakeholder group.
– Develop and execute on change management and communications plans.
– Develop change management approach and tools to support the change management outcomes.
– Undertake Business Readiness assessments, identify and manage anticipated resistance and prepare mitigation tactics.
– Coordinate and deliver change management activities to ensure those impacted are adequately informed, prepared, equipped and supported in the change process.
– Provide input to and work alongside Training resources to support training activities for end users.
– Develop post implementation reinforcement plans to increase the level of adoption of the change, monitor adoption of the change and conduct investigations into unsatisfactory outcomes.
– Adopt / adhere to standards for all Technology Services communications.
-Maintain connection to other projects or initiatives delivering change to the various stakeholder groups to manage suitable alignment and coordination.
– Plan, track and manage change management activities, including the identification and securing of appropriate resources for performing, whether as part of a larger change team and/or network across the business.
