The Business Relationship Manager role is a key component of AFG's growing home and commercial loans business. We are looking for a high energy, self-driven and results oriented sales professional to join our successful Sydney team.
Equipped with a diverse range of competitive products, our AFG Home & Commercial Loans team has risen to one of the top 5 lender products on our extensive lending panel. We are not a bank, we offer a suite of competitive products for consumers looking for an alternative to the major banks. Your role has autonomy and the ability to use your initiative to shape your portfolio and treat it as your own business.
You will successfully:
- Drive sales and distribution channel growth for AFG Home & Commercial Loan products and services;
- Develop relationships for prospective business opportunities within the AFG membership base;
- Promote and educate on the range of AFG Home & Commercial Loan products and services;
- Attend and represent AFG Home & Commercial Loans at industry and member functions.
About You
We are looking for high energy, self-driven, results oriented financial services professionals. Individuals with a passion for hard work, a desire to deliver outstanding customer service and support to our broker network. Your ethical approach and ability to work as part of the wider AFG sales and relationship team will be integral to your success, as will your commercial acumen and genuine desire to develop lasting client relationships, whilst delivering exceptional service.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate;
- Experience in the finance/broking industry, business building, business development, training and account management;
- A comprehensive understanding of the residential credit process;
- A comprehensive understanding of the commercial credit process;
- Customer and solution focus, able to multi task and manage competing priorities daily
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.
