Your Responsibilities

You will be involved with developing relationships with your allocated clients by managing their accounting and payroll, including:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero
• Processing pays using Xero Payroll
• Processing invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Responding to any queries, escalating where necessary to ensure a timely and accurate response
• Supporting senior team members with the preparation of client lodgment obligations and insightful management information
• Ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience in every interaction
