About the Role
Our Business Services team provides pivotal support across our 33 Maurice Blackburn offices. You will come into contact with many people across the firm as you provide basic administration support, with time out of the office to support with court filing, banking, services and deliveries and other ad hoc tasks that might pop up. Your typical day could also involve organising meeting rooms, mailroom duties including delivery of mail across the building, printing and scanning and any other support the Business Services team can provide as part of the wider Facilities and Services team.
This role presents a fantastic entry level opportunity to gain exposure working in a law firm for someone who has a passion for customers and wants to build their admin skills. Your working hours will rotate between an 8am -4pm and 9am - 5pm roster on a permanent full-time basis working 35 hours per week based in our Brisbane office.
