Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Super

Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious organisation operating within the aviation industry who are seeking a Business Services Coordinator to be the face of their organisation - from meeting & greeting members and visitors, to triaging, referring and resolving questions & queries over the phone - you'll be the first point of contact for members. Therefore, it's imperative that this person has exceptional communication skills and is impeccably professionally presented due to the nature of the clientele.

Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Based on reception you'll be the first point of contact for members - via phone, email and in-person.
- You'll see the cases/queries through from end-to-end - taking the first call, triaging and referring to the correct team, and then coordinating & monitoring the case management process until completion.
- Offering administrative assistance to different departments, including scheduling meetings and catering.
- Generating reports and summaries related to Business Services activities ie. Case management.
- Keeping the office neat & tidy and fully stocked
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records, CRM and other reports
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, meetings and other activities related to the Association.
- Upholding a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Organising flights, accommodation, and transport for the CoM, Executive and Team upon request (less frequent)
- Organising catering for meetings, events and functions if and when required.

- Excellent communication skills are vital.
- Strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise.
- Experience in managing overall customer service to a high standard.
- Highly proficient across Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies.
- Collaboration and team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.
- Data entry, record keeping, document preparation and formatting.
