AddressThis Chartered Accounting firm is currently seeking a Business Services Manager / Supervisor to join their team. As a Manager / Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Oversee and manage workflow processes.
- Prepare Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for all entity types.
- Handle BAS, IAS, and FBT preparations.
- Review tax compliance and develop tax planning strategies for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Contribute to Business Advisory services and other client engagements.
About You:
- Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience in Public Practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with CA or CPA qualification.
- Deep understanding of Australian taxation laws.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Expertise in Australian technical accounting and tax.
