About the role
Newly created full time permanent position based in North Ryde, NSW with hybrid working arrangements. Reporting directly to the Business Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming phone and email sales and training enquiries with existing and new customers
- Cultivating relationships with individuals and organisations across diverse sectors, including health, aged care, and education
- Resolving challenges through training, auditing, and bespoke solutions
- Collaborating with Business Solutions Consultant for optimal customer outcomes
- Supporting fee-for-service income and KPIs
- Recording and maintaining interactions accurately in CRM
- Assisting in efficient use of customer support tools
- Generating and sending quotes to customers under your management
- Preparing and distributing email marketing
- Supporting the promotion of Dementia Australia at relevant industry conferences and events.

Salary benefits: We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for entertainment benefits.
Leave allowances: In addition to an annual leave allowance of 20 days (pro-rated if part-time), you will also receive three days paid end of year closure leave, one day paid birthday leave, up to six weeks parental leave and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Tertiary degree in sales and/or communications (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous telephone sales and remote customer support experience will be an advantage along with an ability to present well online
- Demonstrates drive and motivation
- Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively
- Understands and uses available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies
- Thinks, analyses information to understand issues, uses logic and variety of problem-solving methods
- Continually develops and applies specialist and technical skills and expertise
