Nursery Traders, located in Chandler, Brisbane is a Wholesale Nursery Market, with over 40 years in business providing a diverse product range from select growers, quality service and inspiration in the horticultural industry.
Working with a small team in an dynamic environment the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong supervision and operational skills, excellent communication skills, proven experience liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, enjoys multi-tasking and building a strong and supportive team, while also having a passion for green life / horticulture, a diverse horticultural knowledge would be advantageous.
This position is full time (40 hours per week) and will report directly to the Managing Director. The successful applicant will play a large part in facilitating a cohesive, positive work environment with a strong focus on business improvements and initiatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and support, providing relief as required resolving operations problems, monitoring the quality of work produced, reporting, counselling and mentoring team members for performance and work-related matters.
$70,000 - $ 75,000 + Super depending on experience.
