The Yarpa Hub is a one-stop-shop for First Nations business, industry, and community. Our purpose is to contribute to strengthening the First Nations Business Sector. We are a business unit of the NSW Aboriginal Land Council; the state’s peak representative body in Aboriginal Affairs and the largest member based Aboriginal organisation in NSW.
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Business Coach looking to work for an organisation that supports your career development in a dynamic and purpose driven environment?
As a Business Support Advisor (Business Coach) for the Yarpa Hub, you will support our members by providing one on one business advice, information, support, coaching and mentoring. Along with training and development workshops and networking opportunities that create pathways to success.

What would my day look like?
- Contribute to the success of the First Nations business sector through the delivery of tailored business information, support, and advice.
- Build relationships with clients to develop understanding of their needs for business establishment, growth, and sustainability.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development workshops.
- Promote Yarpa Hub in the community through outstanding service and conduct.
- Documenting interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of the First Nations business sector.
- Demonstrated success in securing and nurturing business relationships.
- Training and workshop facilitation experience.
- Understanding of business development processes across a broad range of industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through planning process.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to contributing to a dynamic team to deliver excellent service to our clients.
