About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Officer to join our team in Bibra Lake. This position will be providing a high level of executive support to to the Manager Director and working alongside a small team at head office, as well as a large site based team.
Responsibilities:
- Provides a high level of executive support to Managing Director
- Coordinate & draft reports, proposals, or presentations as required
- Office administration
- Compliance activities
- Arrange & coordinate meetings, in addition to minute taking
- Generate quotes/invoices as required
- Assist with scoping & delivery of continuous improvement processes
- Project & program support
- Other duties as required
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient Excel and Microsoft office
- Experience in XERO (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Contribute to a positive & productive work environment
- Be flexible to respond to the needs of the business
- Current Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (6 months validity)
- Legal rights to work within Australia
