Form of workHalcyon Knights is seeking a Business Support Officer for our state government client based in Adelaide CBD. This role, within Business Performance & Operational Services, encompasses administration, contractor resourcing, and HR administration. The position entails a 2-month engagement starting as soon as possible (preferably by April 22) and requires a current National Police Check.

About the Role:
- The Business Support Officer will oversee various tasks, including:
- Timely processing of accounts/invoices using Oracle & Basware
- Managing contractor resourcing
- Supporting team members and undertaking additional duties as needed
- Coordinating accommodation and facilities services for Digital Health SA
- Developing working partnerships and liaising with key staff and external stakeholders
- Demonstrating a strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage complex workloads
- Must Have Previous experience with SA Government systems i.e - CHRIS21, Basware, Oracle
- Experience in Business Support services and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills preferred
