This is a fast paced role, that will require a high level of organisational skills. You will primarily be involved with data entry, processing a high volume of permits and applications , producing internal reports, answering phone calls from the general public and managing the customer enquiry inbox. You will also be required to liaise with a number of different departments throughout council.
