The Group is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Support Officer to join the Group's Executive Support team. The position will report to the Executive Officer and work closely with the Group's Executive Support team to provide high level support and advice to the Chief Scientist and Group Executive and the Group's Executive leadership team.
As the successful candidate, you will work under minimal supervision and undertake duties as directed. You will possess strong organisational and communication skills. You will manage and lead a range of functions across the Group including recruitment, contract management and financial reporting. You will be able to multi task and display a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and initiative. You are a team player who builds and maintains productive relationships across a range of stakeholders.
