The Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort is located in a stunning bush setting in Baldivis and boasts luxury facilities for its homeowners.
To ensure we provide service in line with resort style living, we are seeking a part-time (25hr/wk) customer service superstar.

Skills Required:
- A warm and inviting manner and the ability to develop a rapport with our existing Homeowners, new clients and contractors.
- Comprehensive customer service experience.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data entry and accuracy in doing so.
- Exhibit objectivity, dependability and the capacity to multi-task.
- A good understanding of accounts processing and budgets.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Key to success in this role will be the following:
- Absolute passion for the customer experience and a strong desire to help our existing Homeowners and new clients achieve their dream lifestyle.
- Assisting customers in the practical steps of transitioning from their current home to our lifestyle villages.
- Assisting our existing management team in the administration and operation of our villages.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Previous administrative and customer service experience in any industry, however real estate or retirement village experience will be looked upon favourably.
You will also need to show us:
- Motivation and be customer focused.
- That you love creating solutions to challenges and supporting the whole team’s success.
- Sound MS application skills (Word, Excel, Office).
- Professional presentation.
- Work autonomously as well as a team player and be flexible with duties.
- Capacity to assist our management with the co-ordination of the construction of our new homes.
- Capacity to assist our sales team achieve the growth targets of the Village.
You’ll be part of a fantastic local team, who will be there to train and support you along with our head office Operations, Sales and Marketing teams.
This role is is part-time at 25 hours per week.
