The Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Business Support officer to join their close knit team on a temporary basis. Your duties will include:

• Work order creation and maintenance into Ellipse
• Data entry and collation of data in Excel
• Management of shared inboxes
• Actioning of email requests
• Taking minutes of meetings
• Liaison with operations staff and supervisors
• General administration duties

You

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months experience in an administration support role. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Data entry with high accuracy and high attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Government experience highly desirable
