ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you looking to advance your career? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working on the Western Power Network. We seek an enthusiastic, driven, and organised Business Support Officer with excellent communication skills. The role is based at our Canning Vale office, where you'll monitor work activities and provide general Business Support to our hardworking crews within the Energy Network. Join us and become a valuable member of our team.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) tracking management.
  • Creating, storing, organising, tracking & distributing documents.
  • Update company and client databases, including customer, equipment and training registrars.
  • Provided general cross-functional business administrative support to various areas of the business.
  • Liaise with critical internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, Downer employees, and the general public.
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience in an administrative environment undertaking database and document control.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word) is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
  • The ability and willingness to learn, as structured training and mentoring will be provided.
  • A high level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset are necessary.
