The Opportunity
This role will suit an experienced Business Support/process analyst who is keen to work within Business Operations supporting both the Governance, Risk and Compliance team and Transformation Office. The successful candidate will assist in the development, and coordinate implementation, of BDA's governance framework, enterprise risk management, compliance and assurance. Additionally, the role will assist in the coordination and integration of Transformation activities, focused on continuous process improvement and internal business projects.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively navigate a complex organization operating in a highly technical, innovative and regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Transformation Office and Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) strategic initiatives, including projects and implementation activities
- Facilitate processes, data collection, analysis, documentation, presentations and meetings across both GRC and Transformation
- Provide secretariat support to Board Committees and Review Boards
- Coordinate planning for GRC and Transformation activities and communications
- Maintain team intranet (SharePoint) sites
- Document and maintain processes using established document control procedures and guidelines
- Assist with operational risk management, including the development and implementation of mitigation plans
To be successful, you will possess some/all of the following:
- Hold a relevant Bachelor degree and 3+ years' related work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Be a self-starter with strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply systems thinking to understand the inter-relationships of activities and associated impacts
- Be able to apply analytical skills and produce accurate, high quality work outputs
- Have creative flair and experience with development of visual presentations and communication tools (e.g. infographics, newsletters, intranet page, etc.)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to interact constructively with key stakeholders
