About the Role:
As a Business Support Officer at Blue Cove Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes, providing efficient support to our team and participants. Alongside general administrative tasks, you will also manage reception duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and effective communication flow within the organisation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative activities, including scheduling appointments, managing documents, and maintaining records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, fostering effective communication and coordination.
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and helpfulness.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
