About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with our Property Services business to develop, manage and provide end user support of business applications encompassing work order management, financial management and customer databases.
This newly created and permanent full-time position will be based in Notting Hill, VIC and offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact at work by applying your technical know-how to develop and implement a ‘fit-for-purpose’ systems solution to support the operational teams.
Leveraging your strong business analysis and systems expertise, your key responsibilities will be:
Continuous improvement of business information systems
Provide application support to ensure seamless business operations
Collaborate with software developers and providers to convey system specifications and operational requirements
Develop documentation and process maps for operations teams
Document management (use cases, business rules, test plans, system and user manuals etc)
Partner with business and external stakeholders to develop ‘trusted advisor’ relationship

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated professional with a consultative and ‘hands-on’ approach to Business Systems analysis, implementation and support. We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience implementing business solutions such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and/or work order management systems.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Functional experience or technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience with MS SharePoint, Azure, Power BI, SQL Server Management (SSMS) is desirable, however not essential
Working knowledge of ReadSoft and/or ExFlow is also advantageous, yet not required
Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability
