Your new company
This site is a dynamic environment and is responsible for the largest output of meals served to Defence personnel ranging from 50,000 - 80,000 meals per month.
As a Administration Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managers and provide support with the system managements for H&C operations.
Your new role
- Provide hospitality and rostering support to the Regional H&C Manager, H&C Site Managers, Procurement Team, H&C Suppliers and Finance team
- Manage the price files updates for catering
- Work with procurement to manage contractor price variations and costs
- Recipe development and menu planning
- Supplier relations including reports and updates
- Monitor the work order pipeline for prompt approval
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with and competency in use of a BEIMS, CMMS and SAP is preferable
- Experience with and competency in MS Office suite of programs
- Demonstrated management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
You must be anAustralian Citizen and have the ability to maintain a Defence clearance inorder to be eligible for these positions, as well as be able to pass anAustralian Federal Police Check (Paid for by Hays) and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as requiredby the contract.
