About the role
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible in supporting the successful execution of the Barwon South West (BSW) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project, which involves the implementation of SAP's SuccessFactors across the region. The HRIS project is a critical initiative led by Barwon Health within the South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) consortium. The Business Systems Analyst primary objective is to work in close partnership with the Senior Project Manager, HRIS project team and SME's (implementation) with the Director Remuneration, Benefits & Systems (support) on business and technical aspects of the HRIS project and support the delivery across the BSW Regional Health Services.
