Our client is seeking a highly organised, dynamic and skilled Business Systems & Solutions Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the Business Systems and solutions, providing comprehensive support to their sales team, and enhancing our clients productivity and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in systems management, CRM management and project coordination.

Monday - Friday, your specific duties will include but not be limited to;
- Onboarding and inducting new hires
- Provide training for all business related systems
- Manage and optimise the CRM
- Coordinate and oversee project rollouts
- Plan and book internal and external events
- Prepare reports for sales meeting
- Oversee database and policy management and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Business Systems management
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiar with real estate industry practices
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
