Due to the exciting scale-up phase this high-growth business is exploring, you will be the first CRM hire to the commercial team. You will be instrumental in building, , identifying and leading the strategy to provide a best in class journey. You will lead a small team as you recruit and expand, refining multi-channel campaigns that captivate customers and prescribers, driving acquisition, activation, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience and ensure data compliance. - Team Leadership: Manage and a grow a team of 4 Lifecycle and CRM Specialists.
- Strategy Development: Build and shape the CRM strategy from scratch across acquisition, retention, and engagement, utilizing data insights for optimal results.
- Automation Management: Create and implement best in class journeys, including customer segmentation, milestones and trigger points.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and marketing legislation, safeguarding brand reputation.
- Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven research to segment and target audiences effectively. Collaborate with data teams to enhance customer experience and conversion rates through continuous testing and optimisation.
- Automation Support: Provide a best in class experience in Marketing Automation tools, troubleshooting issues and maintaining best practices.
- 8+ years experience working in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation roles
- Proven success rolling out CRM strategies either from scratch, scale-up or refresh to optimise engagement and efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience, managing a team of CRM/Lifecycle marketing specialists
- Data expertise, success using technical and strategical data to optimise activities building engagement & loyalty.
- Experience working within B2B or Commercial Marketing is highly advantageous but not essential
- Experience working within a consumer start-up, scale-up experience is highly desirable
