About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened in our Information Management & Operational Services division in the role of Business Systems Support Officer. We are looking for a motivated individual to provide an effective end user support and to perform system administration tasks to the Corporate Information Systems, Intranet and other Business Systems integrations to ensure that they continually meet the PTA's operational and legislative requirements. The winning candidate may also be required to provide training and developmental support to Corporate Information Systems users across the PTA.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in system administration and support of an Information Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and present training programs.
- Well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to provide appropriate advice with a focus on providing high quality customer service.
- Sound planning and organising skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and to cope with competing demands and priorities with minimal supervision.
There is one full time permanent position available for an immediate start. Applicants must have the ability to work some extended hours when required.
This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur for up to 12 months.
