What work will I be doing?
Main Roads Western Australia is offering a Traineeship opportunity to an enthusiastic and invested individual who is interested in working in and around the picturesque Mid West Gascoyne Region.
Based in Geraldton and working as part of a welcoming and tight knit team, this business traineeship commences in May 2023. You will work full time and grow your business skill set with hands on experience across reception customer service, administration, clerical support and records management.
Along with some formal training, you’ll learn on-the-job, guided by your supervisor and a network of support that will help you feel like a valued member of the community. The attached information sheet provides more information on the role.

How does a traineeship work?
As part of the traineeship you will:
work full time with Main Roads while completing your one year traineeship
complete formal training in a Certificate IV in Business .
be supported every step of the way – our friendly trainee coordinator is dedicated to ensuring you are developing and learning at your best.
At the end of program, you will complete your Certificate IV in Business and enjoy an ongoing career with long term development opportunities at Main Roads.
