Business Development Excecutive

Job Readi is a dynamic service provider company dedicated to delivering exceptional and high quality medicals to suit our clients' pre-employment needs. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, charismatic, and holds excellent interpersonal skills. 

On Offer:

1. Salary package between $65,000 - $70,000 + Super
2. Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
3. Attractive bonus structure based on business performance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential business opportunities and target markets.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
4. Create and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
7. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
8. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Business Development strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Preferably 2+ years of experience and proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or a related field.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Preferably has experience in the medical or pre-employment industry.
