High Speed Engineering is seeking a Business Development Manager to engage new Customers and elevate the Company to the next level of manufacturing and productivity.
Accountable to the Director, the successful candidate will undertake the following:
- Sourcing, approaching and engaging new Customers;
- Converting new customer enquiries into tangible deliverable Orders;
- Creating and maintaining a Customer Management List;
- Source relevant-to-industry tender opportunities;
- Source opportunities to showcase High Speed Engineering at industry related events, expos, trade shows etc; and
- Assist with the development of internal processes, procedures and tenders when required.
The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for precision engineering;
- Intimate knowledge of the machining and manufacturing industry within Australia;
- Advanced Technical knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes, specifically CNC Machining.
- At least 5 years direct experience within the machining and manufacturing industry within Australia;
- A respected reputation amongst peers;
- The ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills.
